Appointments
We are by appointment only.  Owner must be over the age of 18 years old and be present for the duration of the animals examination.  Walk-ins will be assessed upon arrival and taken as emergencies.  If you are not having an emergency you may be asked to wait until there is an available appointment time or you may schedule an appointment for a later date.

Payment Options
Payment is to be received, in full, at the time services rendered.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and debit cards bearing their logo, checks (proper identification required) and Cash.  The Bay Ridge Animal Hospital is unable to provide credit.  We are happy to assist you in applying for care credit (details available regarding care credit on our "Links" page).

Phone Conference
Our Doctors do their best to make themselves available for phone discussions between the hours of 3:30pm - 4:00 pm every weekday, and 12:00 noon - 1:00pm Saturdays.  However, in the event that the Dr. (or yourself) is not available at that time, please leave a message with one of our Receptionists and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Surgery and Dentals
Any and all surgical procedures are to be recommended first by one of our Doctors on staff.  We perform surgeries Monday-Friday, your pet is admitted between the hours of 9:00 am - 9:30 am.  Upon admission a deposit of at least 50% of the total estimated cost is due and balance to be paid at pick up.  The night prior to surgery food must be withheld after 10:00 pm, water may remain available at all times.  The time of your pet's discharge will vary pending their recovery.

FORMS
If you are visiting our hospital for the first time, we will need information to create your pet's medical record.

The New Client registration form and the New Patient registration form (below) can be printed out and completed at home.  Please make sure to bring them with you for your scheduled appointment time.

If your pet is staying with us for boarding, our Boarding Agreement and instructions (below) may also be printed out and completed at home.  Again, please make sure to bring them with you at your pet's admission time.
